COVID-19 PLAN & BOOKING POLICY
Will COVID-19 testing be required?
Yes- proof of a negative COVID-19 test will be required. Specific rules will vary based on the particular island/destination.
When does this policy apply?
The Covid-19 Booking Policy applies to new bookings made after 1 June 2020 where if you are unable to travel your booking as a result of a Covid-19 related government travel restriction, flight cancellation or boarder closure.
What options does this policy give you?
If the Covid-19 Booking Policy applies, you have the following options:
- Reschedule*: You can reschedule your booking for alternative dates in 2021 or 2022. Payments you have made to us will be transferred to your new booking.
- Credit Note: You can exchange your booking for travel credit, which can be applied towards a future booking with us within a year of the original travel date.
**All Transfer Fees will be Waived!**
